### 2.1 Information Stored Locally

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

- **Learning progress**: Completed sentences, accuracy scores, streak data, and XP.
- **Purchase status**: Records of which levels you have purchased.
- **User preferences**: App settings such as current level and onboarding status.
- **Typed answers**: Your dictation input for scoring purposes.

### 2.2 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect data:

**Firebase Analytics (Google)**
- Collects anonymous usage data such as app opens, screen views, and feature usage.
- Analytics data is only collected from App Store / Google Play production builds.
- No personally identifiable information is sent.

**Google AdMob**
- Displays advertisements in the free version of the App.
- May collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization.
- You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
- Ads are completely removed when any level is purchased.

**Apple App Store / Google Play Store**
- Processes in-app purchases.
- Subject to their respective privacy policies.

## 3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:
- Track your learning progress locally on your device.
- Improve the App based on anonymous usage analytics.
- Display relevant advertisements (free version only).

## 4. Data Sharing

- We do **not** sell your personal information.
- We do **not** share your data with third parties except as described in Section 2.2.
- Anonymous analytics data may be shared with Google through Firebase Analytics.

## 5. Data Retention

- All learning data is stored locally on your device.
- Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all local data.
- Analytics data is retained by Google according to their data retention policies.

## 6. Children's Privacy

- The App is not directed at children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

## 7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Opt out of personalized advertising.
- Withdraw consent for data collection.

### For EU/EEA Users (GDPR)
- We request consent for ad tracking through the consent management platform.
- You may withdraw consent at any time through the App or device settings.

### For iOS Users
- We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before collecting tracking data.
- You can change this at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
